Conference venue and accommodationAs organisers we are delighted to invite you to a city where business and pleasure can and should be combined. Clarion Hotel Admiral will serve as both venue and hotel for the EBHA 2008 Conference. The hotel has a prime location by the waterfront in the middle of the city, overlooking Bryggen and mount Fløyen. The hotel used to be a commercial warehouse, but is now a modern hotel which specialises in conferences and special events. We have been able to negotiate a competitive conference package for the participants of the EBHA 2008.Please note: the exceptionally low room rate of 827 NOK (inc. VAT) per night is only available during the conference itself, thus for the two nights of Thursday 21 and Friday 22 August. However, we also have the pleasure of offering a limited number of special room rates at Hotel Admiral on the conference dinner night, Saturday 23 August, and also at two hotels only 2-5 minutes walk from Hotel Admiral. For those of you choosing to change hotels on 23 August, there will be allowed extra time for this during the lunch break on Saturday. Alternatively, you may store your luggage at the hotel and change hotels between the last session and the conference dinner on Mount Fløyen. The recommended hotel options are therefore:
